China’s Hazardous Chemicals of Priority Environmental Concern List under MEP Order 22 gets Released
Scope: Chemicals / Status: Effective / Release: 2014-04-04/ Effective: 2014-04-04

The final Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals of Priority Environmental Concern contains 84 substances, which are subject to more stringent regulatory monitoring and control.

 
GB 2763-2014 Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticide in Food
Scope: Food & Pesticide / Status: To be effective / Release: 2014-03-20/ Effective: 2014-08-01

On April 9 2014, the NHFPC officially released the full version of the GB2763-2014 on its website. As the mandatory food safety standard of pesticide MRL, The GB 2763-2014 will take effect as of August 1 2014 and its predecessor, the GB 2763-2012 will be repealed simultaneously.
