According to the notice, the manufacturers and importers of the chemical substances with certain hazard properties will have to notify their products to Department of Industrial Works (DIW).

Thailand Hazardous Chemical Substance List: Regulatory Obligations and Market Access Implications
12 March 2015 Thailand MOI required manufacturers and importers of chemical substances that meet certain criteria to notify chemical substances to the Department of Industrial Works (DIW).
Thailand 2nd List of Hazardous Substances: 23 Substances Modified or Added
11 March 2015 Thailand Ministry of Industry (MOI) released the 2nd list of hazardous chemical substances. 23 substances were modified or added into the annexes which are regulated by different government departments.
China Inventory of Hazardous Chemicals Released
9 March 2015 China’s Inventory of Hazardous Chemicals (2015) was issued and will replace the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals (2002) and Inventory of Chinese Highly Toxic Chemicals (2002).
