Amendments Made to Recently Published K-REACH’s LR List
14 January 2016 Announced on 12 Jan, some amendments were made to the previous version of the LR election result for 121 PECs.
 
China SAWS Issues Administrative Provisions on Labor Protection Equipment
8 January 2016 The State Administration of Work Safety of China issued the Administrative Provisions on Labor Protection Equipment. The new version will replace the former provisions which was repealed on Jul 1st 2015.
 
South Korea Published LR Election Results for 121 PEC Substances
8 January 2016 The results of LR election for priority existing chemical substances under K-REACH were published, excluding the names of the LRs who applied for non-disclosure.
 
Taiwan Updated List of Classified Chemicals
7 January 2016 The Occupational Safety and Health Administration of Taiwan made public the updated List of Classified Chemicals which contains 6000 substances and their recommended classification results.
 
Annual Quantity Notification Deadline under Japan Chemical Weapons Control Act
7 January 2016 METI issued a notice reminding the industry to notify the authority the actual quantities of relevant chemicals manufactured, used and imported in 2015.
