Taiwan issued the Guidance for New and Existing Chemical Substance Registration (Version 1) in August of 2015. The “Regulation of New and Existing Chemical Substances Registration” entered into force on 11 Dec 2014 setting out specific provisions under Taiwan TCSCA for chemical substances manufactured or imported in Taiwan.
